We all know about the report titled "Minc-Nora," on information technology, that of prime minister Laurent Fabius on "informatique pour tous," as well the recommendations of Lalande on the internet.  To all these IT efforts, we need to add the recently launched consultation on the  Assises du Numérique with the objectif of integrating France into the digital age and the presentation of a development plan that will group together related sectors such as the telecommunications, Internet and audio visual. The digital consultation panel will submit its report to the government by the end of next month.
