A friend once asked me whether you can teach a 22 years old student how to be a good lawyer, a good teacher or a good business person. I replied that at the age of 22, a person needs to be inspired and  work in a business environment that he or she likes. And the person replied me that you cannot teach a person of 22 years how to be a good teacher because experience is the most important thing, that it is a waste of time but you can only teach that person how to do research.
